Marshview The marsh side (left side of
building) has a large living/dining area that opens through 3 French doors onto a wrap
around deck. The kitchen and dining room/screen porch are bathed in light by the cathedral
ceiling with Velux windows that can be seen in the picture on the right. A wood
stove will warm you on colder days and AC will keep things cool when the sun is high. A
pantry, entrance hall, dressing room and full bath complete the second floor plan. This condo has a large third floor queen bedroom/library with couch and easy chair. Roll out of bed in the morning to stretch on your private balcony for views of the marshes. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with a shared full bath. The queen bedded room has a sliding glass door which leads to a stone patio. A "trundle" bedded pull-out creates a third bedroom. There is also ample storage and a washer and dryer on this lower floor.
