Harborview's living and dining room |

Harborview The Harborview (located
on the right side of the building) has
an open plan including sunken living room with cathedral ceiling, a dining area and
kitchen. These rooms are surrounded by decks and views through the sliding doors. Two
outside stairways descend to a south facing deck designed for picnics and cookouts.A raised fireplace provides cheer on colder days and AC will cool down summer days. There is plenty of sunshine as these rooms face south. An entrance way, a half bath and laundry complete the first floor plan. Spiral stairs wind down to the lower walk-out floor with two bedrooms and a full bath. Harborview has a large master bedroom with full bath, queen bed and easy chairs. Two sliding glass doors connect the master bedroom to a private stone patio with views of the marshes, marina and town of Essex. On the same floor is a smaller bedroom with twin beds and a large storage area. This bedroom has a separate entrance but shares the same full bathroom. Both condos have their own washer, dryer, TV, cable, VCR and micro wave ovens. Both have gas grills for cookouts and patio furniture for meals out of doors. The neighborhood is very safe as the cul-de-sac is shared by only two other houses. Plenty of room for children to run and play. Bring your boats, bikes and be prepared for lots of hikes.
